Returns & Refund Policy

At Realhand, Inc. (“Realhand,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we stand behind the quality and performance of our robotic hardware, AI platforms, and related products. This Returns & Refund Policy outlines your rights and our obligations when you purchase products directly from Realhand, Inc.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and exchanges for eligible products under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and documentation.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid sales receipt or order confirmation must accompany the return request.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-built or special-order robotic systems.

  • Software licenses, cloud-based services, or digital downloads once activated.

  • Products damaged by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or accidents.

  • Consumable components (e.g., cables, batteries, or sensors) that have been opened or used.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at support@realhand.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

  2. Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide return shipping instructions.

  3. Securely package the product and ship it back using the instructions provided. Unauthorized returns or shipments without an RMA may be rejected.

4. Refunds

  • Inspection: All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If approved, a refund will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.

  • Deductions: Shipping costs, handling fees, and any applicable restocking fees (up to 15%) may be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Rejections: Items not meeting the eligibility criteria above may be returned to the sender at their expense.

5. Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or repair at no additional cost.

6. Warranty Claims

Products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty may qualify for repair or replacement beyond the standard return period. Warranty terms vary by product; please refer to your warranty documentation or contact support@realhand.com for assistance.

7. International Returns

For orders shipped outside the United States, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes. Additional processing time may apply.
